These are certainly tough economic times. With grocery prices soaring, many families have given up on cooking meals at home and have turned to fast food restaurants like McDonald's, Burger King and Taco Bell, taking advantage of $1.00 menu items which allow a family of five to eat for ten to fifteen dollars. Granted, that's a pretty good meal deal, but the consequences of eating out every day can be seen on the waistlines and in the arteries of people who live this way. It's a terrible...
